this has been a hell of a year in many ways, and
i'll spare you the details of my personal experience, but i'll share that
this compilation mirrors the wide range of
emotional/psychological terrain i have traversed in that time...

after a little bit of time in recovery,
i'm grateful for the entirety of that experience, and
seeing the impermanence of it all is a gentle reminder to be kind...
